Setup phantom wallet
1. Install and Create a Wallet:
Open the Phantom extension or app.
- Click Create New Wallet.
- Write down your secret recovery phrase (12 words) and store it securely. This is your backup to restore your wallet.
2. Set a Password:
Create a strong password for your wallet.
3. Explore the Wallet Interface:

- You’ll also see your public address (e.g., SOL123...), which you can share to receive funds.

1. Buy SOL from an Exchange:
- Sign up on a cryptocurrency exchange like Binance, Coinbase,, Uphold or Kraken.
- Complete the verification process (KYC).
- Deposit fiat currency (e.g., USD, EUR) and buy SOL.
2. Withdraw SOL to Your Phantom Wallet:
- Go to the withdrawal section of the exchange.
- Enter your Phantom Wallet’s public address.
- Confirm the withdrawal. The SOL will appear in your Phantom Wallet within minutes.

1. Send SOL to an Exchange:
- Open your Phantom Wallet and select SOL.
- Tap "Send" and enter the withdrawal address from your exchange wallet.
- Confirm the transaction, and the SOL will transfer to the exchange.
